CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the client cancels its booking after the down payment, the sum will not be lost, but it will be kept for another booking, to be made during the year.
NO SHOW: If the client does not arrive, without tipping off the Hotel, the down payment will be kept.
ADVANCED DEPARTURE: If the client decides to depart in advance, a penalty will be calculated, which will consider the only cost f the room up to 3 (three) days.
